Whoops - still getting errors: Whenever the user gets an e-mail that matches the Rule which they deleted (e.g. Subject contains "v1agra"), then the error occurs. If they get e-mails that do not match the (deleted) Rule, they do not get an error.

Bill - You mentioned that the Rule is compiled and stored elsewhere. Can I get to this & reset or delete it? Can you view these compiled Rule entrires with something like NotesPeek?

Any help much appreciated.
